Această politică se aplică aplicației mobile Test Permis ANR pentru iOS și Android.
Această politică de confidențialitate se aplică aplicației Test Permis ANR (denumită în continuare „Aplicația"), dezvoltată de Marius Erol Perchiata (denumit în continuare „Dezvoltatorul").
Aplicația nu colectează, nu stochează și nu transmite date cu caracter personal către Dezvoltator sau către terți. Toate datele generate de utilizarea Aplicației (progres, setări, statut Premium) sunt stocate exclusiv pe dispozitivul utilizatorului.
Aplicația oferă o achiziție opțională de tip „Premium" procesată prin Apple App Store (iOS) și Google Play Store (Android). Datele de plată sunt gestionate exclusiv de Apple Inc. sau Google LLC și nu sunt accesate sau stocate de Dezvoltator.
Aplicația poate solicita următoarele permisiuni:
Apple și Google pot colecta date anonime de diagnoză și utilizare prin sistemul de operare, dacă utilizatorul a activat această opțiune în Setări. Dezvoltatorul nu are control direct asupra acestor date.
Aplicația folosește serviciul VoiceRSS pentru sinteză vocală (text-to-speech). Textul întrebărilor poate fi transmis către serverele VoiceRSS exclusiv în scopul generării audio. Nu sunt trimise date de identificare a utilizatorului. Consultați politica VoiceRSS: voicerss.org/policy.aspx.
Aplicația nu este destinată copiilor sub 13 ani și nu colectează cu bună știință date de la aceștia.
Această politică poate fi actualizată periodic. Orice modificare va fi reflectată pe această pagină cu o dată actualizată. Continuarea utilizării Aplicației după publicarea modificărilor constituie acceptarea acestora.

This policy applies to the Test Permis ANR mobile app for iOS and Android.
This privacy policy applies to the Test Permis ANR app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed by Marius Erol Perchiata (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the Developer or to third parties. All data generated through use of the App (progress, settings, Premium status) is stored exclusively on the user's device.
The App offers an optional "Premium" purchase processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Payment data is managed exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC and is neither accessed nor stored by the Developer.
The App may request the following permissions:
Apple and Google may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage data through the operating system, if the user has enabled this option in Settings. The Developer has no direct control over this data.
The App uses the VoiceRSS service for text-to-speech synthesis. Question text may be sent to VoiceRSS servers solely for the purpose of generating audio. No user-identifying data is transmitted. Please refer to the VoiceRSS policy: voicerss.org/policy.aspx.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
